Yá’át’ééh. I am Jane Nelson. I live around the Smoke Signal area. My mother, Ason Yellowhair, was a famous weaver. That is how I learned to weave, just by watching my mom weave. All of my sisters also know how to weave.

I like to weave mostly Tree of Life rugs. I am known for the bright colors that make me happy as I weave the birds and flowers.
