I learned to weave from Katie Furcap when I was seven years old. When I was ten, I sold my first striped rug. I love weaving Tree of Life rugs because the birds symbolize life and bring me a lot of happiness.

I also enjoy weaving Storm Pattern rugs. They carry deep cultural meaning. I weave to earn money for a living to support my two grandchildren I am raising since my son passed away. I also like to make my own jewelry.
